I just voted 1 minute ago and everything seemed to be fine. I got all the ecodollars and 6 nether stars.
Nope It wasn't full, and my name was spelt correctly. Yes, I was online, and I've talked to glack about it before too.
I have not had this problem at all when voting. Worst I have had was a voting site down for a short time when I wanted to vote. Do what Mardigan said if this happens again for you.
