Reason: recently I've noticed alot of people complaining about kits, I think this would be good to give some people who don't have kits a chance. I would love an arena without kits. It would allow some users who don't have any kits and those who don't want to play with kits have a fun match. Right now SG is 100% pay 2 win. Making 1 arena out 0f 8 kit-free would make it only 88% pay2win, kit users still have their advantage and non-kit users get to play on a non-kit SG. As for the people who are going to say "This arena will ruin it for kit users".. It won't. The arena only has 24 spots, and it would have to be a less popular arena. I'd say arena 1, because without kits games take much longer on there. This means that the no-kit arena will be available less, therefore keeping the other arenas busy and popular.
+1 I'm a kit user, and I still can't stand kits/SG on this server anymore. It's all Pay-To-Win now, and it isn't fun anymore. A non-kit arena would bring back some of the fun to SG.
I just want a place on ECC where I can play SG without being destroyed by kits. And I'm sure I'm not the only one.
My opinion on this matter has now been changed. I personally feel that SG is now just garbage. There is no point in playing anymore. It's killing the server as a whole. I'd like to have some good old vanilla SG back to be able to play.
An arena without kits would probably help ECC keep more new users. In local spawn chat you see builders that are frustrated because of kits all the time, most of whom end up leaving the server after one game or so. If they were given the option to play in an arena without kits they would be more likely to stay on ECC, helping the server grow. I personally would play SG more if I knew I could get a game with out kits. +1
It will. We will never stop suggesting this. It's killing the server. Builders that get destroyed by buffer, MIQ and spy leave to never donate. Taking away revenue and eventually shutting down the server. That would affect you. Therefore, this suggestion must happen if you want to keep playing ECC.
I know that many have been denied in the past, I just think there should be some sort of compromise, for the new users who just wanna have some fun on sg without having to give money to the server
