This is fairly simple - The Nickname/+ donation features are not on the boards at spawn listing possible donations.
Well suggestions may not always be a plugin feature. Like you would "suggest" for Andrew to put the signs up for the donation feature.
Not really. He is saying it is supposed to be added since all the current donations are there besides nickname/+.
