I am sure this is a dumb question but I am not sure how to do an auction on this server. Do you have to do any auction commands such as /auc or /bid? How does some one bid on an auction? How do you pay for the auction if you win? How do you get the item you won in the auction? Any helpful information would be great. Thanks PurpleRose
There are no specific commands for auctioning. Auction is a chat channel so you would do /ch auc to access it. If you want to bid on something simply say "$whatever @item being auctioned" (for instance if I were auctioning a dirt block for $1000 you might say, "1k @dirt"). Once an auction is won, you would likely pm the auctioneer and meet with them to exchange money for the item. Be careful and take plenty of screenshots during a transaction to avoid being scammed. EDIT: Almost forgot, if you want to initiate an auction, say something along the lines of "Auctioning 1 dirt block starting at 1k. GO" When users make bids you would say, "heard" or "hrd" following the amount they bid (if a user bids 1k at the dirt say, "1k hrd"). Once a bid is heard, you CANNOT cancel the auction as it is against server rules
