IGN: Bil11 Users Involved in this Contract: bil11 & skittlesbanana General Purpose of Contract: bill11 will create a town next to TimeSquare (Mayor of TimeSuare is skittlesbanana) called 'TimeSquare2' at the cordinates: Post A: x: -1281 y: 63 z: -2532 Post B: x: -1081 y: 63 z: -2532 Post C: x: -1081 y: 63 z: -2732 Post D: x: -1281 y: 63 z: -2732 Once created, bill11 will then grant full ownership of the newly created town to skittlesbanana. bill11 will then be removed as an owner without any problem. In return of this, skittlesbanana will pay bil11 $50,000 to help him pay for his mayor expenses to get the town in the first place. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will pay bill11 $50,000 to help him pay for his mayor rank. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: bill11, must apply for Mayor immediately after he is payed $50,000. After he recieves his town, he must immediately add skittlesbanana as an owner. bill11 shall not complain nor pout when skittlesbanana removes him as an owner, leaving herself, the only owner of this new town. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
