    I havent been on in a while and i wanted to buy a plot in New Leaf owned by Zeno78 and i have no clue where its portal is located can someone tell me.

    Right the portal is in the outter ring of the portals. You kinda just run around until you find it. Sorry about the lack of activity, been indulging in other things for like a year now.
