New Hope- How You Can Help (Co-owner to Rising spawn town in here!)

Good day, fellow users of EcoCityCraft. As you may know, Rising is just around the corner, and andrewkm is auctioning off the 4 most valuable towns in Rising: the spawn towns. These towns will be at the heart of the world, and get traffic no other towns could even dream of. These towns are quite possibly the thing people are talking about today.
These towns are the most expensive things currently on the market.
These towns will be sold in less than one week.
So I have made it my top priority to obtain one of these towns, but I was struck with a question. How would I obtain the funds for this town? I farm nonstop but make pennies compared to some bids on these towns. So, I decided to let people donate and sponsor (or even buy) buildings. More on that later. First, the town.

Every town has character. Every town has something that makes it unique, be it a statue or a sculpture or a building or an idea. This is the idea for New Hope. New Hope will be a town with character, with diverse and beautiful buildings, fountains, and markets alike.
New Hope is character. And its twenty-eight diverse, character-rich buildings speak this truth.

A Bit About New Hope
New Hope will be the bar set for Rising's future towns. Twenty-eight skyscrapers draw the skyline for Rising's spawn. These twenty-eight buildings, containing over 1000 commercial and residential units, each draw their roots from different styles of EcoCityCraft architecture. Inside these buildings will be a welcoming community, with attractions such as a visitor's center, hotel, museum, and even an art gallery. These twenty-eight beacons of life and beauty are the key reason why New Hope is so important to EcoCityCraft's future.

New Hope offers five different types of units. They are Basic, Typical, Stylish, and Luxury apartments, along with Commercial property.
Basic apartments are in Buildings ten and twenty-two, and are usually one room and three blocks high. These start from approximately 5k.
Typical apartments are a bit more common. They are found in Buildings twelve, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, and twenty-four, and are usually two to three rooms and three or four blocks high. These start from approximately 10k.
Stylish apartments are found in Buildings six, seven, nine, thirteen, fifteen, nineteen, twenty-one, twenty-three, twenty-five, and twenty-seven, and are usually two to four rooms and four blocks high. These start from approximately 20k.
Luxury apartments found in only buildings eight, eleven, fourteen, twenty, and twenty-six, and are five blocks high and usually over four rooms large. These units start from 50k.
Commercial units are found in every building on the first floor, or Lobby. They are four or five blocks high and vary in size and function, and range from 5k to 20k per month. There are special types of commercial units found in Buildings one through five.

So how can you help make New Hope a reality? There are three main ways that you can help make New Hope a reality. The first is donating.

Donating is the first way to help fund New Hope. I accept donations of either money, nether stars, or valuables (pumpkin axes, emerald blocks, etc). Donating will get you a spot in the Hall of Donators in the museum at Building 28, one of the most trafficked parts of New Hope (If you donate enough, you can get a special message on the sign as well as your name).

The second way to fund New hope is to sponsor buildings. Sponsoring a building is like donating towards a building, but with more perks. Sponsoring a building gets you a plaque in the Sponsor Room in the museum at Building 28, one of the most trafficked parts of New Hope (you also get a special message on the sign). Along with this, you get another plaque with your name on it on the building you sponsored and a free Stylish apartment of choice (20k value).

The third and final way of funding New Hope is to purchase part of a building. You can buy groups of one floor, two floors, five floors, ten floors, or the whole building. You will receive co-owner perms and can sell apartments in the building (or part of it) you buy. You also receive a free Luxury apartment, something available to the richest and finest users of EcoCityCraft.

Now, you may be wondering, "What happens if the town does not make it to reality?" Well, that's simple. Any user who has donated money or items, sponsored, or bought buildings will get their money back. But New Hope will see the light of day.

A town as amazing as New Hope needs some equally astounding buildings. These twenty-eight masterpieces are as unique and different as users on this server. Below is information and pictures about these high-rise gems.

Building 1
Building 1 is the center of New Hope, a 36 floor building that sells commercial units that span, in some cases, the whole floor. It is estimated that there will be around fifty units in Building 1.
Building 2
Building 2 is a 30 floor building that will sell a mix of commercial and residential units. It is estimated that there will be 65 units in Building 2.

Building 6 is a 20 floor building that will sell Stylish apartments for approximately 20k per unit. There are 19 floors of units, totaling 56 sellable apartments and 5 stores that could be sold for anywhere from 5k-20k per month. It is located at 6 New Hope Drive. This building is right next to the entrance from Rising spawn, so it is a prime location.
