As response to http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/ban-appeal.33890/#post-153922 In my defence diesel told me when i came in to the town to buy my plot that its not really allowed but every 1 dus it. Also if my tunnels where to be the reason for my ban im terribly sorry for that and will not do it again. I would love to rejoin the server if thats possible,can i get a second chance??? p.s dus this have any effect on my resident application?? i hope not...
I'd like to get a comment from dieselrabbit since he is the one who filed the grief report. Obviously there is some miscommunication here. Either he really does care, or you did much more than he thought someone would and thus reported it. Maybe he forgot what he told you and thought no one would dig down under the town. I'm sure we can get this worked out and resolved quickly. Also you've already been promoted to resident which you can see below your name/picture on the left. RagMan

Whenever someone joins the town, I tell them the plot is theirs from bedrock to the sky limit, and to stay within the plot. I told you that I was pretty sure other residents in the town had mined underneath other peoples plots, and that if nobody complained then I wouldn't have any issue with it. However, and please correct me if I'm wrong Ragman, if you are mining directly below someones farm and into it, then I have a problem with that. The blocks I reported were in another residents plot at ground level, which led to the further tunneling that was found. This, along with a few complaints I've received from other members of town about your actions, leads to my decision to remove you from Flintwood. If unbanned, you will have 5 days to remove your things from the town and will then be removed. I have been very clear with every member of town that I add that ANY grief, even one block, is grounds to be removed.
as i sayed im srry about that and if i get unbanned diesel plz reconsidder this 1 more time cuz i really cant move and rebuild all that stuff in 5 days... also may i ask what other complaints???
Hello, Mayors have the right to add rules to their town as long as they do not conflict with overall server rules. If you want not digging, you can make a rule of no digging. If your rule is you can tunnel as long as your deep down and not coming up inside someone's plot, then that is a rule you can make. Also a mayor has the right to choose who is allowed to live in their town. I will leave that point for you two to work out between the two of you. Also since there was some confusion as to what was and was not acceptable, and it seems that this was not really wanton destruction of property I am going to add on 6hrs more to your already 24hrs you've served and unban you at that time. Work this out with Diesel in pms and wait out the 6hr tempban time and well see you in game later tonight. RagMan
