I know that I will probably will not get this donation. But I have come to realize that it's worth a try . I am looking to get tycoon and hopefully get a huge donation for that. I'm not asking for 500k, but I am hoping to get somewhere over 100-200k. I know that is a lot, but there is stuff I can offer for it to. What do you get out of this? You get full ownership of my second town, Silvercrest. This meaning that I completely remove myself and you can do whatever the heck you want with it. You get ownership over my third town that I will hope to soon get. And you will get the biggest hug that you have ever seen . So once again, I don't believe that I will get the donation that I was hoping for. Although I hope that even because of that, you all understand that I am still working for this, not begging. I understand how there is no use for Tycoon really. But Tycoon is a goal that I have been looking to accomplish ever since I was a builder. Perhaps one of you could help me very much. So once again, I am NOT begging. This is really not the way that I wanted to go with this, but I needed all the help that I can get. I am not even that great at getting a lot of money. Well I would really have nothing to do with the town. Sure, maybe I can't remove myself, but I would do nothing with the towns. That will all go to you if you donate. But thanks for considering

The problem is you really never transfer ownership. Meaning anytime down the road you could just simply decide you want your stuff back, and take it. Sure you "say" you'll have nothing to do with it, but we can't tell the future either. Whoever donated to you would have zero recourse against you for taking it back. RagMan
