Destructive events would occur at random. These disasters would be extremely rare but could still happen. Disasters could include a fire. Large wooden tows would be a very high fire hazard. But a small cobblestone town would pose a low fire hazard. Another event could be a drought, during a drought crops would shrivel up and die. This would add more realism to the economy. During disasters like a drought the crop prices would go up. Players could sell property insurance to protect from fires. Investigators could tell if the fire was random or arson.
