Are you tired of having a house that does not simply make your friends say wow? Are you tired of having a home that does not quite make you feel special? Well, look no further! You can now own a house that you can show off and be proud of, a house that will make your friends jealous that you have it!
The image of the house in the water is how the house actually looks in the town.
This house will only be available to Residents+. There is no portal to the town so no one can come and bother you, you will just have one other resident living in the town for now. This town is not near spawn and is not too near any other towns so you will not have to deal with any annoying /ch l chatter.
The price of the house is 75,000. The plot the house is sitting on is 99 blocks by 79 blocks, so it is not a small plot. This takes up a large portion of the town itself, which is why the price may seem a bit steep.
If you are interested you can reply here or PM asphyxiatorslove. If you do want to buy it but want to have a look at it first, I will not mind teleporting you to the house so you can look around.

I use LB Photo Realism 256x256. How ever, the pictures I have were rendered in 3D with Chunky.

it looks great...i suppose 10x10 plots are like 30k in your town..
(i dont get why people need fantastic houses like this when they can buy a cheap plot and keep their stuffs..i dont need to impress anyone..) -

No, If I sold 10x10 they would be 1000. Thats 10 eco dollars per square block inside the plot, which is how I do all my plots. That building in the picture is nearly half the size of the town, if I were to charge 10 eco dollars per square block for that building it would be over 78K. I am already losing money by selling it for 75k, and thats not including what I paid for in materials.
