    I am confused. Are you selling Eltos - in the title, or obsidan - the town name you have in your listing??
    I appreciate you clearing this up since it seems the value of these towns would be quite different.

    Both towns are for sale and both are being sold separately.

    Also, you have to keep antcubing co-owner (he's semi inactive and doesn't do much in the town. Very nice person, but I agreed to keep him as co- when I purchased the town.)
