Moria is a multi-town territory, that later will be converted into a nation. Mayors: Linwe_Talion, Feanariel It has inner ranks, economy and philosophy. At the moment the whole aggregation is divded into 3 parts: immigrants quarter Everyone (builders and residents) is welcome for free. After getting in you get a room of your own, you can place there your chest, you can follow our mining routes for mining in the wild, and the most important - you gain access to our farms for immigrants. There are certain restrictions, which must be followed: (let's call em rules) 1. You are not allowed to change anything in the region, including your room size. You cannot build anything, unless it is approved by town mayors in the forum thread. But you are allowed to change everything inside your room, place chests, signs, etc. 2. You are not allowed using farms without replanting them. Respect other farmers. 3. You are not alowed to mine inside the territory. Special mining directions are made for that, leading into the wilderness. Please, follow them or dig elsewhere in the wilderness. Any violations are considered as griefing and will be reported, thus leading to punishment and banishing. Okay, you have gained enough money for becoming a resident, the immigrants quarter becomes too small and useless for you, what's next? If you gained enough recognition, we know you well, we are sure that you will stay with us and able to build with us, we will welcome you in Dwarves quarter 1. You are able to build here according to "Dwarves building philosophy" (description coming soon here). You have your own plot, size is negotiable. 2. You can have your own farm. We don't bother whether you replant it or not and what do you actually plant there. 3. You must pay taxes. Usually you will have a chest where you will have to place stuff for a certain amount of money every week (the amount is REALLY small). If in the end of a week a chest is empty, next week you must pay double tax. After 2 weeks of non-paying you are banished back to the immigrants quarter. 4. You are able to host events, gaining profit, using our arenas. ...So, the time passes by, you are rich enough, maybe even a mayor. We know you a lot, we like you, we know your virtues. Then we will invite you to The elders quarter ...So, why a mayor should bother himself with joining that quarter? He has his own land, he can sell plots etc. Really, why? He would like to join because he gets access to everything that our megapolis posesses: Enchanted tools Resources Money Builders from lower quarters Taxes Territory The idea is that the Elder Dwarves work all together for making applications for ranks, additional towns etc for all Elders. For example, 5 Elders make ecc$400/minute for Johnny to become a mayor. 85k of profit will be aggregated in 45 minutes. A resident Elder can become a president with 2 towns in 2,2 hours. Sounds fast, huh? All towns, gained from this growth can be used as you like, but we advise you to add them to our megapolis aggregation. It is up to you to decide. There's only one golden rule in the Elders quarter: "No private property" means take care of everything you get in touch with.
