    I AM LOOKING FOR A BUILDER TO BUILD ONE OF THE FOLLOWING HOUSES:

    EXPERIENCED BUILDERS ONLY

    I need someone to build me a house like this, In a new town I am awaiting to come through process as I have applied for president. Money is not at all an issue for me, so don't worry about the pay.

    I would like the builder applying for this to Include:

    **Buildings Already Build and Proof With Picture from ECC Only: No Creative Mode
    ** Explanation on if they believe they can build this
    **An explanation on how long you are on-line, and how long this may take

    ok... this looks like a hard job but fine with me....i think it will take me about 2 hours to build one of the buildings...is there going to be alot of people working on this? Is this going to be in a city?Can i get about 10 k for the work?
    and for my last question,are you going to supply the workers with materials?

    This is not a job that would even take someone with fly 2 hours. This may take a couple weeks for someone that does not have fly. If you are interested please post the pictures on here. @xxACExxGUNNERx I have seen your post so you are fine, but I would like it if you could show me those building you made on ECC. Thanks.

    I could probably do this. I built a HUGE town hall in GoldVille, I'll put a pic once I get on my laptop (on iPad now). I'm only on for 1 hour a day starting this summer, but I can build fast, and I did the whole town hall with 3 people max working on it at one time, in around a week with only 30 min a day. With an hour a day, I could probably get my brother and another person working, and have it done in less than 2 weeks, just depending if something comes up and I can't play.

    Also, the one I would like to build more is the house that looks like it might be made from wool. I think i could build it easily, although it might not be exactly like the pic. I can talk to you in game today about this, I'll be on for 1/2 an hour.

    are you still looking to hire me. The town hall is a single player creation but my mansion is in ecc the massive house would cost alot but id do the smaller house for 17k to a good quality. I'm on sometimes 4 hours-6 on the weekend. Thanks :)

    @ xAcexxGUNNERx I will need you to show me your houses in EC, @andrewlstephan I will want you to do the same and show me in game as well as pictures. Either house I need the bigger the better. I have the money to pay so dont worry about that.

    for the big one and the little one I want to know what your estimates are as I don't want to go and build and get paid nothing.Also if possible could I have 10% upfront to seal the contract if you picked me?

    I will pay 20k for the smaller, 30k for tge larger. You must understand that even though these look small they are acrually massive. The smaller probably a 40x40 house or larger and the larger 60x60+. I pay some in advance but not the large sum as i need to see the finished work. Ace are you on later tonight?

    um im on till 9pm gmt which is i think 4pmest see me then and give me perms. I would prefer to build the 40x40 as in my opinion it looks nicer anyway. If you don't want to pay me 3k upfront then don't. If you want to see the house then pm me. If we're not on the same time then ill speak to you on the weekend

    Sorry to double-post, but are you talking about me here??? I built my house on my own, my brother's house with him mainly just getting supplies, and the town hall with just helpers finishing the roof and filling windows with glass. I do most of the work by myself, with helpers getting supplies and doing minor tasks, like glass in windows :)

    @liamfrench I had a question. What are the coordinates to the area where you are having the house built? I'd like to see it on Live Map
