I have never seen suggestions like this, some people may have had this done to them. So a while back I purchased a house from minecraftninja05 and appleprocucling. If i remember correctly it was 30k to each of them? Anyway it was quite a bit of money. Then out of the blue i get an eviction notice. I talked to a mod and they said it was legal as long as i got noticed. I think that, that rule is ludacris and could honestly lead to scam. For example i sell someone a plot a week later evict then and give them no refund. So my suggestion is that in the rules we change it so in order to evict someone there has to be a proper reason. Like townwide renovations, or selling the town and they want to flatten it. As of know i am being evicted for shits and giggles so to speak
I'm just gonna copy/paste what I wrote on the last suggestion for this: There are a lot of issues with this though. What counts as a "Legitimate reason"? Who decides that? How easily could someone get around that? What if I decide that I'm only going to allow purple buildings in my town, so I evict everyone who doesn't have one? What if I decide I'd like to turn my town into something different so I evict everyone? What if I want to use a part of town for a build, so I evict players from that area? What if I think your building looks awful, so I evict you to get rid of it? Are these all legitimate reasons? I think they are. And if someone, say, had a particular bias against someone, they could still easily find a legitimate reason to remove the player. I'm not saying it's right, but to say it wouldn't happen is to be blind.
It could, I suppose. However currently there are still circumstances which we would likely consider scamming, like if you buy a house and get removed very soon after.
