This writing shall hold the information you need to be kept in the town alive, and all the fantastic things this town offers. If you have even read to this part please continue, and read all of it. Building Rules:​

YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR PLOT FROM SKY TO BEDROCK!! ​

-Your plot depth depends on Size(Posted in prices section)​

​

-you DO have your plot to the sky.​

In-cave homes will have very strict regulations on building into the mountain. ​

-I will show you in game and will tell you the depth limit based on coordinates.​

​

For homes at ground level(I will give you the coordinates of the depth you can go down. You will die if you go further(long drop)). The underground area has a stair case, so USE IT!!​

Be nice, and respectful to your neighbors property, and him or her.​

NO GREIFING (I will make your ECC life miserable if you destroy even a single block​

NO cobblestone(with out exemption)​

NO dirt house​

Make your plot look nice.​

No building over your plot(with out exemption)​

Make it resemble the roleplaying themes of our town​

NO MINING IN TOWN!!!! You must mine at least mine 50 blocks away from town... Though I cannot prosecute you for that with the mods, I may remove you from the town based on how much blocks you broke in the 50 block mark. I am doing this to prevent our entrance from looking like a pile of horse poo.​

EX: digging a 1x1 whole down to bedrock at our entrance.​

If you are inactive for more then 5 days, I shall send you a notice over the next 2 days. If you do not respond with a reason before the end of the 2 days, YOU SHALL BE REMOVED!! (If you do not want your plot destroyed, and resold... then SEND ME AREASON BEFORE YOU LEAVE. or at least before the end of the 2 days.​

NO racism, sexism, stereotyping, real life politics, and religion.​

Do not even touch the monuments of this town. I will catch you!!​

NO HOTELS(It is a huge hassle)​
