General Purpose of Contract:

Transferring of the Melon Sword (#K1V02MCY) ownership from @TheCravedOne to @OtterInAOnesie in exchange for $2,200,000 ECD.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• @TheCravedOne ensures to transfer the ownership of the Melon Sword (#K1V02MCY) once the full payment of $2,200,000 ECD has been paid by @OtterInAOnesie in the 10 week (70 day) time period.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @OtterInAOnesie will transfer a down payment of $450,000 ECD within 24 hours of this contract's approval.
• @OtterInAOnesie agrees to transfer $1,750,000 ECD on a payment plan to @TheCravedOne within 10 weeks (70 days) of this contract's approval with a payment chest located at spawn of /warp pendulum.
• The payment plan schedule will follow as:

• Week 1 (11/17/2019): $175,000 ECD
• Week 2 (11/24/2019): $175,000 ECD
• Week 3 (12/1/2019): $175,000 ECD
• Week 4 (12/8/2019): $175,000 ECD
• Week 5 (12/15/2019): $175,000 ECD
• Week 6 (12/22/2019): $175,000 ECD
• Week 7 (12/29/2019): $175,000 ECD
• Week 8 (1/5/2020): $175,000 ECD
• Week 9 (1/12/2020): $175,000 ECD
• Week 10 (1/19/2020): $175,000 ECD

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
