General Purpose of Contract:
The safe sale of a Melon Sword (Eff V - Silk I - Unb III) on a payment plan.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @Hiccabup will give @MinecraftParkerH a melon sword within 1 day of the approval of this contract.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@MinecraftParkerH Will pay @Hiccabup a total of 1.1 million ECD's for my Melon Sword.

@MinecraftParkerH will pay @Hiccabup 700k within 1 day of this contract approval.

@MinecraftParkerH will pay @Hiccabup 400k within the next 3 weeks (no later than July 21, 2015).

There will be a sign posted at /warp ParadiseFalls where @MinecraftParkerH can make payments.

If any additional days are required past July 21st to pay off the balance of the contract there will be a late fee of $20k ECD's per day added to the amount already owed.

If the balance is not paid in full ($0 owed including any late fees) by July 28, 2015 I will consider the contract to be broken/voided and will file a complaint against @MinecraftParkerH.

The Melon Sword (#I9FOGAT9 ItemUnique ID - Hiccabup - 39e924d2-47bd-4e0a-94e9-0797c6064e94) will remain in my @Hiccabup 's ownership until the contract has been completed, at which time I will transfer ownership to @MinecraftParkerH. The Melon Sword shall at all times not in use, be kept in a chest, located at /warp ParadiseFalls and will be locked by me @Hiccabup and modified for only @MinecraftParkerH until the contract has been completed. The Melon Sword will only be used by @MinecraftParkerH until it has been paid for in full.

In the unfortunate event that anything should happen to the Melon Sword (ie. broken, lost, stolen, burned in lava... ect) before the contract has been completed @MinecraftParkerH will have the opportunity to pay off the contract as agreed to or replace the Melon Sword with another Melon Sword with the same exact enchantments.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
