General Purpose of Contract:
To Give @HelenDKN A MelonSword On a payment plan

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @sleeper59 will give @HelenDKN the Melon Sword with the item id of #JUETIB6W withn 24 hours of this contract approval, Also I @sleeper59 will set a payment chest located at /warp lakewood at the coordinates x -8616 y 63 z -3314 so @HelenDKN can make payments, I @sleeper59 will also give the ownership the Melon Sword with the item id of #JUETIB6W when @HelenDKN upholds their end of the contract

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@HelenDKN will give @sleeper59 500,000 ECD within 24 hours of contract approval otherwise this contract is null, and void.

• @HelenDKN will make 6 payments of 250,000 ECD at the payment chest located at /warp lakewood at the coordinates x -8616 y 63 z -3314 on the following dates July 29th 2019, August 5th 2019, August 12th 2019, August 19th 2019, August 26th 2019, September 2nd 2019
• The full amount of 2,000,000 ECD must be paid by September 2nd 2019 otherwise @HelenDKN will need to make a 100,000 ECD Payment at the payment chest located at /warp lakewood at the coordinates x -8616 y 63 z -3312.
• If @HelenDKN doesn't pay 2,000,000 ECD by September 9th 2019 the Melon Sword with the item id of #JUETIB6W will be repossessed if broken the amount of 2,100,000 ECD will be needed to be paid.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
