We will not rent it out, and we will repair it ourselves. He will provide 100,000 ecd and I will provide the rest. We will share a chest to put the sword the sword is, which is only to be accessed by us two, and no one else. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will share a Melon Sword with dwite12 If either of us breaks the sword and loses it to any reason at all, they they will pay 400,000 ecd or a new melon sword.
