Expected Result: Have the ability to chat in my party. Evidence: Information: This issue began when I purchased EcoMaster, may be an issue with that.
This happens when staff members apply for a higher rank. In this case, you being promoted to EcoMaster caused the problem. Send a forum PM to EcoCityCraft and it will be fixed for you
