Buying Town Claims!

I am now buying any Tycoon+ town claims as I have decided to claim 2 towns in order to convert them into sanctuaries, one particularly for builders.

Paying 100,000 ECD for each town claim purchased!



Helix Trades Loans​

Rules:

• You have to pay back in the agreed time. I will file a complaint if not paid on time.
• Late fee of 7.5k per day will be applicable for every day that it is late.
• You may not use the money for unneccesary purposes, such as lottery, trolling, or scamming. Most of all, you cannot use the money to pay off another loan.
• I will always make a contract for all loans, no matter the circumstances. You will have to sign it in order to receive the loan.
• All money must be paid back in full to a sign located at the town of Helix City. Set a home here if necessary.
• You must be the rank of [Mayor] or higher, and have donated atleast $100 to the server.
• I will be able to deny any loan requests, for any reason I have.

As per the requirements you must be a Mayor + and $$$+ ($100+ supporter) in order to apply. If you have any people to support you then I will be able to consider this offer.
