I will also place the town posts, provide the cords, and the town name, TheOtherIsland. I will also ensure that all zoning laws are met, accept any fines that are placed for messing that up and that any issues that arise from that will be handled. I will also provide the exact application that needs to filed. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: will file the application exactly as I provide and use the $85,000 I provide only for Mayor. Further, will give up all rights to the town created from his Mayorship. skyefoutz will not attempt to retrieve the town. skyefoutz will only add eben48 as owner and no one else under any circumstance. The second the application is approved he is to do the following command: /rg addowner TheOtherIsland eben48 Immediately after that, or as soon as eben48 gets on eben48 will remove skyefoutz as owner.
