Money is good in ECC. If you are a mayor in ECC, you can obtain this "money" stuff by selling plots. What I do is find you those residents and give you the heads up that they're buying, and you pay me a small fee. You get residents, I get a little bit of money, and the person gets land! People often say "well ur a builder ur just gonna scam me and stuff" The only reason I'm a builder: I buy too much land. So, if you hire me, Bone's Realty will do the best to sell your plots! There are a few rules, however: 1. You must be ready to provide transportation to the house for the person who is interested. 2. You must be ready to sell and moved by the time I start marketing. 3. My royalty fee is 2%. 4. You must pay first. You are paying me to find something, or market something, and I still had to do the work, even if you don't find it. My time is wasted, and I will try my best to complete my end of the deal. 5. If you're looking for a property, you must specify a range of what you're willing to pay, and you pay 2% of the highest end of the range because generally, I find you multiple properties, and in my experience people want the best. 6. You must keep the highest part of the range in your balance, because let's say I find you a house, work the deal out with the mayor, and hey, you don't have the money. Makes me look bad, makes you look bad, and you just lost 2%. 7. Any and all closing costs such as resident fees (like joining taxes) will be paid by YOU. 8. This contract is binding, and I will take a screenshot of all customers agreeing to this.
