IGN: @TheCravedOne Users Involved in this Contract: @MasterShukki Terms of the Contract: I will transfer 100,000 EcoDollars to @MasterShukki within 24 hours of this contract's approval. I will provide @MasterShukki with the future town's coordinates and world. @MasterShukki will file a Resident application and a Mayor application within 24 hours after receiving the money and the information about the town's properties. The town will be named Aruba and placed at the given location. @MasterShukki will add @TheCravedOne as a region owner of the new town within 24 hours of the Mayor application's approval. @MasterShukki will lose both owner and member status of the town immediately after adding the new owner; @TheCravedOne will become the new owner. If the Mayor application is denied for any reason @TheCravedOne may decide whether a new application will be filed. If not, @MasterShukki will be required to return the 100,000 EcoDollars to @TheCravedOne within 24 hours. Doing this will void the contract. @TheCravedOne one small edit needs to be made before the contract can be approved. In the 6th bullet point, the following statement needs to be revised " @MasterShukki will be required to return the 100,000 EcoDollars to @first_player within 24 hours". @first_player should be exchanged with @TheCravedOne given that @first_player is not the payee or an actual user. Once the edit is made, @MasterShukki will need to state that they agree to the edit. Following their approval, your contract can be reviewed for approval.
