I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @dimikbad agree to post the town in main server I, @Ravagegamer transfer $85.000 ECD for Mayor to @dimikbad within 94 hours of this contract's approval. I will ensure that the appropriate signs are placed in the corners of the town and the appropriate information needed to create the town is relayed to @dimikbad (Name of town, any towns within 15 blocks, coordinates) The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Ravagegamer will become the legal owner of the town, @dimikbad will be town co-owner @ Hi this is everything you need to fill out the mayor application when i send you the money . @dimikbad will file a Mayor application within 24 hours after receiving the full payment of $85.000 ECD as outlined above from @Ravagegamer, and will add @Ravagegamer as a region owner of the new town within 24 hours of the mayor application's approval. If the mayor application is denied for any reason @Ravagegamer may decide whether a new application will be filed. If not, @dimikbad will be required to return the $85.000 ECD to @Ravagegamer within 24 hours. Doing this will void the contract. Hey Ravage, you have some errors in your contract: 1) You have some misspellings 2) You have written "President" instead of "Mayor" 3) Written 85.000 and 180.000 instead of 85,000 and 180,000 I will accept once you fix these, since these may conflict with our contract.
Hi @Ravagegamer I've moved this contract to the correct forum (Contracts). Before this contract can be approved, you must ammend the contract to be correct. This includes correct people involved, rank purchased, and money transfered. @dimikbad will then have to reagree once changes have been made.
@Ravagegamer, I believe that this contract needs sorting out, I have no idea what you are talking about. @dimikbad, You, and myself will need to talk about this in-game. If a mod could lock this, that would be great, I think we have some sorting-out to do. PS: I was never given $85,000 ECD. I'll tag @kenny0011 as she was the mod that posted here
I Do not agree to be the one to deliver the money to @dimikbad, I have not recieved any payment from @Ravagegamer, I will talk to @Ravagegamer in-game.
