I have all the tools on ecc, but i'm also working on buying new tools to rent out because you never have too many. I'm not interested in selling any tools. I'm a collector. I might be interested in renting a tool (assuming you would consider my application.), but I would like to ask a few questions about what is expected from be during the rental period. When I return the tool, does it need to be at its max durability? If so, would not returning it with max durability cause a fine, a breach of contract, and/or something else? Would I need to return it by dropping to at you, or would it be in a chest? If it is by chest, where would it be located? (I am okay being told if/when the application is accepted if you wish.)
