What part of EcoCityCraft is this suggestion for:
    Main City Server
    Short title for your suggestion:
Make disabled redstone placeable yet off
    What are you suggesting:
Make hoppers/pistons/observers placeable. But keep them solely decorative.
Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:
Think it or not? The shape And textures of these blocks can be utilized in a great Many decorative ways to make Things look more interesting due to the uniques silouhette of the hopper and the fact dispensers and pistons are multi textured blocks they come with alot of unique usage solely on the creative/decorative side of minecraft that i like to work with.
And i for One would like to be able to use them if it is at all possible to disable the usage and keep the block.
    Other information:
    No
    Plugin or custom addition:
    Custom would be my guess.
    One suggestion per form:
    I Understand.

I won't be adding these simply for decorative purposes.
Should our "block" ever break in the future (pistons for example), this gives users the ability to quickly and quietly dupe a ton of stuff before we notice/fix the issue. Simpily not worth the risk just because some want it for decorative purposes. We cannot take chances like this on a long running economy server. Very insecure.
