If it costs too much xp, buy an ebook from someone and anvil it yourself. Server shops aren't meant to be competitively priced.
Okay i just spend time over and over again explaning why mending/silk isnt worth their respective xp value. This could abolish Those question. Just Saying.
I dont Think it would.. as the real value ur talking of is non existing for mending. Cant make worthless worse.. What i ment was Change it to like 2.5 or a 3k enchant i stead of the 9k imo 9k is stupid but i accept that this wont happen
While I don't disagree that 9k is well, stupid, mending is a common treasure find and also not super useful which leads to its low price. 2.5k xp is 3500 which is just about how much mending is worth. If you could buy mending from the server for 3500, buying a book from a player would be less than 3500, this reducing the "real" price
Don’t quote me, but iirc, the reason mending is so high to begin with is that mending is a pseudo version of ExtCommands+ (yes, I know it cost exp to repair, therefore it isn’t entirely free). I’m sure I’ll be corrected later by someone who has more knowledge/insight on the situation, but the high price is to almost steer players to the feature (like I said, don’t quote me as I am hypothesizing right now)
