Denied [Main City Server Suggestion] Feature: Restraining order

The only way I could see this added relatively easily would be by enabling the use of worldguard's "entry -g nonmembers deny" and "notify-enter -g nonmembers true" flags, the former controlling whether people who are not members of the town can even enter the land, the latter notifying all owners of the town when a nonmember enters.

The issue with having a hard restriction set up is the potential for trolling.
Say we do use a plugin that allows you to keep people away from you. Even if there's a limit to what you can set it to, say 30 blocks, what happens when you both try to use the shops at /warp market? Who gets kicked away, and where would they go?

With the entry flag, it would be even easier to troll as when a member is not part of the region, they are instantly ejected to the border of that region. Outside of just obvious trolling by removing members on a whim and watching them get flung away, this could be very easily abused to deny access to chests and other personal items.

With the notify-enter flag, you get a notification every time someone crosses into your town and is not a member. That means that all I would have to do as a troll would be to stand at the town border, fly in a block or two, fly out, and repeat as I spam you and all other owners with notifications.

If there is truly a problem, your best bet is to /ignore the player to block their chat. If they are trespassing in your town and refuse to leave when asked, call any staff member over and they can remove them from the area. Feel free to file a user complaint too if you have evidence of them harassing you.

To be honest that could have been edited Anyway imagine the trouble this would cause... If a user is 'Banned' from your town just remove them as a member, that means they literally can not do anything in your town if they don't have permission. Also what would be the point in keeping them away from you? They cant message you or talk to you if you use /ignore in the first place.
