Reduce star tool netherstar prices by 50%-75%​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Before the addition of star crates, star tools easily went for 7 figures. $1m is way too expensive for star tools when they are repeatedly what gets all other forms of of earning nerfed contrary to the many because of the few.​

Other information:

To those who like saying 'well, there will always be rich and poor and that's inevitable, so why make things any easier' then I'd like to point out that on old main the initial prices for tools (under which many oldies bought their first tools) were around 50%-75% what they are now. MSwords started out at 1000 nstars and Eff7's at 1500.​
