I would love to be able to know how to work the mail and be able to use it. So if you could be so kind to post the link to the wiki page that says how to or let me know how to use it through here; that would be great. Thank you.
To send a mail to user, you can use : /mail send <player> <message> To read mails you have on your account, you can use: /mail read To clear all mails on your account, you can use: /mail clear

For some reason even if I do what you said, it still dosn't work and says "player not found," what do I do?
Be sure you're spelling the user's in game name properly. For example if I was trying to send you mail the command would look like: /mail send CraigValue Hi there, this is a test message. Then upon entering the command, the server should prompt you with a response showing you what you had just sent to the specific user. So if I were to enter the command above and proccess with pressing enter. The server would respond with something similar to this: [emongolab] Hi there, this is a test message.
