User has been offline for 17 days. I already requested a lock removal on his house but did not know about secret underground vault that had more chests and doors undernearth.

I have and they are correct. It is underground so if that is a problem I will provide the coords over it. There is an unlocked trap door there with a ladder leading down into the area.
