To manage unused LWCs, and inactive town members. And also make spaces, and manage area more efficiently.

I don't know how, but while I was doing demolition of building that has these lwc, I somehow destroyed levers.. I still don't know how this was possible.. Maybe it's glitch or bug.. But it's gone now anyway...
