The user did some minor grief around town, but I did not file a grief report. He had not yet paid off his plot, so I sent him an eviction notice. 3 days have now passed, and he has not to return or reply. I didn't find a forum account either to send message to.

I would like to refurbish the area, perhaps make a nice prebuilt, and sell it to someone who can be a good member of the town.
