First, I would like to comment as generaljoecool did, and ask that in future posts, it would be greatly appreciated if you would copy the LWC removal questions onto your post and then answer them. Second, the user in question has only been offline for a number of hours, not the minimum 7 days required for LWC removal. We would need the minimum inactivity to be met, or some proof of your attempt to contact the user, such as a forum post with his name tagged in it, or screenshots of an in-game message being sent, before we can remove the users locks.
