If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? I don't know. The /seen command only tells me players not found as well as /cinfo saying sign not registered. I can't break it as though it was locked. 9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: Cluttering up a plot in my town and Player has been removed for a while now.
