The user was currently online when I was doing this lwc, and without proof of contacting him to remove his locks and him refusing to do so, there is nothing I can do. He does not need to given perms back, however he is not currently banned by the server for the grief that he did, so he is still allowed to remove all his locks and reclaim any items inside. In order to get prove of contacting him, either an in-game conversation with timestamps, or in-game mail with time-stamps can work for evidence.

    Lwc removal request denied.
