Hello haugzo, Since the user is not currently banned from the server for an grief committed, I cannot remove her locks without proof of her refusing to remove her locks. I would recommend sending her a mail in this format, "type mail, screenshot, send mail, screenshot, screenshot" and upload the first and third screenshot after the required time has passed. Lwc removal request denied.
