Unless you provide proof that you notified the user I cannot remove the locks it is as simple as that. Posting multiple times will not get them removed any faster, I suggest you either wait for them to be inactive enough for us to remove them, contact them again now and provide proof you contacted them or wait for them to be online and ask them to remove it themselves.
