I have given him 2 weeks to post more than 5 trade signs and even contacted him twice about it and he wont do it.
I cannot remove these locks as the user is still active and you have not provided sufficient proof that you have attempted to contact the user. Simply stating that you have contacted the active user is not evidence, We need proof that the user has been given their fair chances and warning about their items being removed. -Jakey
