If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? He is not ban. I have tried contacting him serval times while on line with no reply. 9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: 1. He came into my town (not a member of the town) and locked chest in the mall belonging to the shop owner. 2. He has no permission to have anything under his locks in my town.
