    8. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things?

He's not banned, he had a plot in my town, got banned after leaving series of locks in the town and not removing them, i'm constantly asking him for like a week. Several mails have been sent to him, asking to remove locks. Its slowing down the construction of new plots and structures.

    9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?:

    User Banned from city

User is still currently active on the server. If you have pmed the user about his LWC's to remove them, please provide evidence of him receiving the pms/mails and his response to them. Then you may submit another LWC with the evidence.
