Have you contacted the user to remove these?: Every past resident of the town was warned that they must remove their locks over 1 month ago. I have messaged him in game and he won't respond. 8. Is this user banned from the server? Can you provide proof of this?: This user is active, but not on my town. He also hasn't responded when i've asked for his locks to be removed. 9.
