Why do you want it gone/reasons?: User removed from the town and would not listen to me about removing his locks. Then i asked a mod( Synwannabe ) to ask him. Syn asked him but he ignored Syn too. Synwannabe told me to make a lwc removal and say he refused to listen to me or the mods. The user has been online since he was told to do it and they still have not been removed.
