Additional Info: I tried to mark an adjacent unlocked block with lime-green wool to make spotting everything fairly easy.

Please submit all the names of users that the Lwc's are owned by, we need to be able to /seen the users to see if they are still active. Plus, I would advise you to warn all your Active residents in your town to collect their belongings, and remove their own Lwc's by themselves, because we do not remove Lwc's of active users on the server.

There are no active members in my town. But they are active on the server if that is what you mean. Any user I found with an LWC in my town has been mailed that was active on the server.

We do not do town wide lwc removals. Also, there has been some misunderstanding as to how you need to post the removals you would like done. You need to provide proper answers for each individual user for answers 4-9. You must include each user, the number of protections for that user and what is being removed. You also much include if the user is banned or not and a proper valid reason as to why you want it removed.
Also noted that you must contact the active users to remove their own lwc's. If they are refusing to do so then please screen shot that refusal and post it so we know that you have contacted them and they are refusing.
