No, but see below.

11. Why do you want it gone/reasons?:
I was blocking up to check why a sign was "No destination", and when I went to remove the blocks I used to block up one of them wouldn't break, saying it was locked by someone who is now "Player Not Found" and was not even on the server. This JUST happened. The sign it appears to be locking the block isn't even on the same block space as it. They are in no way touching as far as I can even tell.
