Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? User has been inactive for six days, and has been evicted from the town. I contacted them by mail when I filed the eviction without receiving a response. These are two lift signs floating in midair, and the building was already gone when I first saw them. I suspect the player may have merely installed them. 11. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: To redevelop the town into a town farm for Lancaster
