I bought the town, original owner is 560L, i put the mayor/town app for the town below.

10. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? Can you provide proof of this?: no he is not banned, And I have tried to mail him and we cannot seem to get on at the same time.

Why do you want it gone/reasons?: Since we cant get on at the same time i cannot get them unlocked and i have recently placed a block of dirt when i went to click the sign and it locked the dirt there, its cause problems when the sign is used. in order to sell any more perms i would need this to be removed. thank you.
