There are multiple areas where locks need to be removed. I will provide all of the coordinates for the general areas.

If you go up the stairs and to your left, you will find two doors that need to be unlocked as well. There is also a double chest in front of the mansion
that needs to be unlocked.

11. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: I would like to embellish the city of Apollo, and to me, having random locked chests in the streets is not the way to do it.
As for the mansion, I think I will probably sell it to the highest bidder, so I would like it to be cleared up.
